环境描述： hp unix 11.3   Oracle RAC 11.2.4.0  
属于新库。调整相应表空间的大小。

初步看日志感觉是共享存储磁盘的问题。但是具体什么原因还是无法确定。

从这里看是对于你的asm的disk 8上面写的时候，出现异常，导致数据库无法写操作

建议看看asm日志和操作系统日志
